Delivery Details

  • If our delivery partners do not serve your area, we will use Value Payable Post (VPP) to dispatch your order. In such cases, the delivery time may range from 7-10 days or depend on your specific delivery location.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted with product replacement or a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item. However, returns are limited to the following cases:

Damaged or defective products :

We will initiate a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. Please return the products in your shipment along with the original packaging if applicable.

Incorrect product shipment :

We will arrange for a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. Please return the products in your shipment along with the original packaging if applicable.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel the shipment. In this case, you should refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Upon return of the shipment, and after deducting a Rs. 150 cancellation fee and any applicable shipping charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.

Refund Process

We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7-15 working days for the refund to be credited or reflected in your bank or credit card account statement. This duration includes inter-bank refund procedures, which may require some time for processing. This revised policy provides clear and concise information to your customers about the delivery, return, cancellation, and refund procedures.
