INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Put the plug in socket.
- Place Swing Machine on hard and even surface. You have to lie down in front of machine and put your ankles on the footrest of this machine.
- Turn the timer to desired time. Max 15 min.
- Put your arms at your sides leave your body loose & keep eyes closed during the exercise.
- After exercise lay still for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Never use Swing Machine for more than 15 min at a time.
