1. Vibrate the surface with foot and it will switch on automatically.

2. After switch on, numerical '8' will display and it will move from left to right until '0.0' appears on the screen.

3. Stand in the scale in balance and start to weigh, when the weigh is set, the figure will flash and you can read it.

4. The figure will keep flashing for ten seconds and the machine will switch off.

5. Replace the battery if the screen shows 'LO'.

6. Try again if the screen shows 'Err'.

7. Keep it dry and don't touch water.
